Patriots draft picks in 2025, 2026 and beyond: Full list

Throughout Bill Belichick's tenure as the head coach and general manager of the New England Patriots, his success in the draft was very hit or miss. It became one of the more unpredictable parts of the offseason under the legendary figure, which took a turn for the worse in the years leading to his departure.

Now that there's a new regime in town with a new philosophy in toe, there's going to be more of an emphasis on building the team through the draft and having the young players be the foundation of the roster for the years ahead.

They began with that mantra during the 2024 offseason by re-signing key players who have become integral parts of the team's success under Belichick and then using eight draft picks to add more future stars into the mix.

How the 2024 class will pan out is yet to be seen, but early analysis believes the Patriots hit it out of the park, which is great for a team that used all but one selection to improve their struggling offense.

Looking ahead, it's hard to predict where they'll land in the first round of next year's draft, with most analysts believing they'll have a top-five pick again. But no matter where they end up, they're currently expected to have eight picks and a ton of cap space to spend in free agency, perfect timing for a team amidst a rebuild.

Patriots 2025 draft picks

This is a super early look ahead to next year's draft and will surely change over the next year. As it stands, the Patriots are set to have six picks since they traded their sixth-rounder to the Chargers last year for J.C. Jackson.

They should also receive two more picks for trades they made, but those are not yet set in stone.
