Coach Of The Year

Jeff Fisher-St. Louis Rams

As I mentioned while discussing Tavon Austin, I think the Rams are slowly building towards success in this league. They are quietly putting together a very solid team, and they are being led by coach Jeff Fisher. They are in a tough situation being stuck with the 49ers, and the Seahawks in the NFC West. But I think Fisher and company will give the Niners and the Hawks a run for their money in 2013.

Fisher has been around this league for quite a long time, and he knows how to coach a football team. The Rams finished the 2012 season 14th in total defense, and while did struggle on offense (23rd) I think that they have the pieces to improve, and specifically they have the coach to lead them there. Fisher has proven himself over his NFL career that he can coach, and I think that 2013 will be his best coaching job yet, as he will lead the Rams into the playoffs.
