A lot has been said about the 2025 New England Patriots and their road to the Super Bowl. Opposing fan bases and even some analysts tried to discredit Mike Vrabel's turnaround by talking about their easy schedule.

The Patriots beat whoever was in front of them en route to the final game of the season, including some of the best defenses in the game. Granted, the offense left plenty to be desired when it mattered the most, but they held their ground against some great teams.

That's why the legendary Randy Moss isn't buying all the pessimism. In an interview with Bleacher Report, the former Patriots pass catcher gave his team a vote of confidence, as long as they can shut down the outside noise.

"All eyes are going to be on the New England Patriots," Moss said. "They were the runner-ups last year, so I'm interested to see if the team can eliminate a lot of the noise and get back to an AFC Championship and try to get back to the Super Bowl."

Unless you've been living under a rock, you should be aware of the noise Moss might be referring to. Even so, Vrabel and the Patriots must focus on the task at hand, regardless of gossip, tabloid speculation, or naysayers.

The Patriots will now face the sixth-toughest strength of schedule next season, according to USA Today. That should give them more than enough opportunities to vindicate themselves and silence the critics.

The roster is still an unfinished product. A.J. Brown's expected addition would give Drake Maye a true WR1 and one of the most physical pass catchers in the game, not to mention he's more than familiar with Coach Vrabel. Even if they don't get him, Romeo Doubs' signing might be one of the most overlooked in the league.

Pass protection and pass-rushing might still be concerns. Trusting rookies like Gabe Jacas or Caleb Lomu to make an immediate impact might be wishful thinking, so the Patriots might still have a move or two up their sleeve before training camp gets underway.

Whatever the case, this team should still be in a position to come out on top of the AFC East at the very least. The Buffalo Bills did little to get better, the Miami Dolphins will probably tank, and the New York Jets... Let's just say that they always find a way to shoot themselves in the foot, even when they have a strong offseason.

Last season's Super Bowl debacle was humbling, and this team can't afford to look past any opponent. That said, they should have a massive chip on their shoulders, and they have the talent and the coaching staff to get back to the mountaintop if they can stay focused.
