Micah Parsons - LB

Who wouldn't want to add another absolute beast of a pass rusher to the Patriots roster if they had the chance?

Just imagine a defensive line with Matthew Judon and Micah Parsons lining up across from an opposing quarterback. The fear that man would feel would be so satisfying for all those who love a good team run by its defense.

Parsons has been a menace on the field since being drafted by the Cowboys in the first round of the 2021 draft. His performance earned him the Defensive Rookie of the Year award, on top of being selected to the Pro Bowl and earning First-Team All-Pro honors in both seasons.

But what did he do to be recognized?

Through two seasons, Parsons has totaled 106 combined tackles, 33 tackles for a loss, 56 quarterback hits, 26.5 sacks, and three fumble recoveries returned for 36 yards and a touchdown.

For such a young player, he has already accomplished what some would in an entire career, never mind just their first two years in the league.

Although the Cowboys' defense is not one to scoff at, adding Parsons to the Patriots' defense would instill the fear in opponents they have been lacking in recent years. As they hope to return to being a competitive team that runs through their defense, Parsons would be an essential addition to getting them there much sooner.
