Every player the Patriots met with at the NFL Combine
The NFL Combine is a big event every year, and it gives all of the invited incoming rookie class the chance to show off their skills in person to the 32 teams that could draft them. It also allows every team to speak one-on-one with several of the players they have their eyes on, like the Patriots and first-round quarterbacks.
It's what made the weekend even more critical for the team since most of those projected to go in the top 5 did not participate in any of the drills at the event. But the Patriots were able to speak to a dozen or so players on their radar.
Based on reports, Jerod Mayo and Co. remain high on Jayden Daniels, who they continue to be mock drafted into taking with the third overall pick, and got a first-hand look at the impressive wide receiver class they'll have the opportunity of choosing from, even beyond the first round.
Here is a list of all the players they reportedly spoke to in Indianapolis over the weekend.
