After breaking down each position group for the New England Patriots, here is a final breakdown of the entire roster.

After delving deep into analyzing all of the position groups of the New England Patriots to come up with a 53-man roster based on the current roster, it seems to make sense to take a step back and look at the big picture. While the 12-part series looked at each position in depth projecting the starter(s), back-up(s), who are on the roster bubble (aka the “roster bubble boys”) and analysis of those players.

Parts one through six analyzed the offense digging into the depth at the quarterback position, exciting athleticism at the running back position, the new and old faces at the tight end and fullback position, the very deep wide receiver position, the turnover at the offensive tackle position and the continuity at the guard and center position.

Part seven moved on to the defense with a look at the surprising depth at the defensive line position, the continuing quest for pass rush help at defensive end and edge rusher position, some new players at the interior linebacker position, the deep and athletic cornerback position, the seemingly settled safety position, and Part 12 of 12 concluded with a look at the special teams roles.

Let’s take a final look and recap all 12 position groups and see the projected 53-man roster in one spot to see all 53 players together:
