1. Cincinnati Bengals

Marvin Lewis has built a fantastic franchise in Cincinnati, and has improved since he took over the franchise in 2003. He has drafted franchise cornerstones such as A.J Green, Carlos Dunlap, Andy Dalton, and Vontaze Burfict. However, his lack of success in the playoffs and big time games has angered fans.

Although they have such great talent, it seems unlikely that they make it out of the wild-card round, nevertheless even make it into the playoffs. A coach like Josh McDaniels may be able to groom quarterback Andy Dalton to exceed his current potential, or realize his understudy A.J McCarron’s potential far outweighs the former’s.

Also, with a star wide receiver in Green, and a lethal weapon at tight end, with Tyler Eifert, McDaniels would have no problem surrounding his next quarterback with the tools he would need. Pair that with a lethal combination of Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill, and yet again Josh McDaniels would be able to transform the look of the Bengals.

The overall chance of Marvin Lewis getting fired or leaving after this season are huge. Cincinnati showed no signs of capitalizing on their recent success last year, and with an early pick this year, seem destined for the same fate.

The addition of Josh McDaniels would sure excite the many teams that will covet him next offseason, but none would attract him more than the Cincinnati Bengals.
