13. Geneo Grissom

Although he was an active member of the Patriots roster for 15 games last season, Grissom hasn’t shown as well as fellow 2015 draft pick Trey Flowers this summer, and it could cost the Oklahoma product his job.

12. Anthony Johnson

The former LSU star is in the thick of a heated competition for the final spots on the defensive line, but he has been tracking upward since starting training camp buried beneath his peers. Johnson saw reps with the starters last week against the Chicago Bears.

11. Markus Kuhn

Kuhn is fighting to be the No. 3 or No. 4 defensive tackle after Malcolm Brown and Alan Branch; Johnson is heavy on his tail.

10. Vincent Valentine

Valentine is working against proven veterans Kuhn and Knighton as well as the surging Johnson for the final two spots on the defensive tackle depth chart.

9. Terrance Knighton

In comparison to Johnson and Muhn, Knighton’s stock has been dropping for a while now. It’s a 50-50 chance as to whether or not Pot Roast makes the team.
