30. Missouri State – Clay Harbor

Click here for a forecast of Harbor’s 2016 production.

29. Monmouth (N.J.) – Chris Hogan

Bill Belichick first caught wind of Hogan when his son played lacrosse against Hogan, who was then at Penn State. Belichick loves lacrosse and sees parallels between the rising sport and football, so Hogan figures to be an intriguing story to watch moving forward.

28. Navy – Joe Cardona

Good news: it looks like the Navy is going to let Cardona play for the Patriots in 2016.

27. Nebraska – Vincent Valentine

Valentine is sick and tired of hearing about concerns regarding his work ethic and lack of production in 2015. Look, the Patriots selected him at No. 96 because he’s tall (6-foot-3), huge (320 pounds) and yet still possess impressive athleticism for such a big guy.
