Ah yes, the Tim Tebow game. Brady and the Patriots ran the Tebow hype train off the tracks by employing the services of Gronk early and often in the Divisional Round.

En route to the monster stat line listed above, Gronk caught a 10-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and scored from 12 and 19 yards out in the second quarter. Those efforts were instrumental in giving the Patriots a comfortable 35-7 halftime lead.
The Broncos simply didn’t have an answer for Gronk in this game. No. 87 ripped off a bunch of big gains, providing a great target for Brady. It was one of Brady’s best playoff games from a purely statistical standpoint; his 137.6 rating was the second-highest of his 30 postseason games.
