10-5. New York Jets. 4. player. 30.
You could tell who wanted it more. Playing in “survival mode” as Todd Bowles called it, the Jets snuffed out the Patriots in just about every aspect of the game on Sunday, eventually leading to an overtime victory. The Jets are now in prime position to reach the playoffs, and the win over AFC powerhouse New England leapfrogs them to their highest position yet in these AFC power rankings.

Ryan Fitzpatrick won just his second game against the Patriots by (surprise, surprise) utilizing the best wide receiver duo in football. Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker combined for 11 receptions, 362 yards and all three of Gang Green’s touchdowns.

The celebrations were short-lived, however, as the Jets must take care of business next week in Buffalo if they intend to finish the job and make the playoffs.
.
