NFL Week 10 Picks: Patriots Finally Beat Giants

facebooktwitterreddit

Here are my week 10 NFL picks:

Patriots 33 Giants 20

The Patriots’ offensive line is ridiculously beat up, so because of that, I don’t think Tom Brady will be able to hang 50 on the Giants like Drew Brees did. However he does have a plethora of weapons to work with, and that will be enough to outscore Eli Manning.

Packers 31 Lions 16

Green Bay has looked extremely vulnerable as of late, but the Lions are so bad, Aaron Rodgers and company should have no problem getting their offensive back on track. With that said, the Packers are in some serious trouble when it comes to their long-term chances at winning the Super Bowl.

Buccaneers 23 Cowboys 20

Without Tony Romo, I don’t see how the Cowboys win this game, even though it is against the lowly Bucs. Dallas is coming off a devastating loss to Philly, and I don’t think they will be able to shake that hangover.

Panthers 24 Titans 17

Marcus Mariota has been very impressive in his rookie season, but the Panthers are the best team in the NFC right now, and they will be too much for Mariota to overcome by himself.

Rams 20 Bears 17

Both of these teams have struggled this season, but I’ll give the edge to the Rams because their defensive front is going to terrorize Jay Cutler in this game.

Saints 34 Redskins 20

Just when you thought Drew Brees and the Saints had a nice little run going, they lose to the Titans at home in overtime. I still think Brees’ offense is explosive enough to put up 30+ on the Skins, but as for their playoff hopes? I’m not so sure anymore.

Eagles 27 Dolphins 23

Neither of these teams are very good, but I’ll go with the Eagles because I like their offensive matchups versus Miami’s defense.

Steelers 23 Browns 17

No Big Ben once again for Pittsburgh, but their defense and Antonio Brown will be enough to propel them past a Browns team that is close to hitting rock bottom once again. It is just a constant rebuild for that sad franchise.

Ravens 24 Jaguars 16

*Prays the Ravens don’t somehow squeak into the playoffs again*

Raiders 31 Vikings 28

I went with the Raiders in the upset last week, and the only reason they didn’t come out with the win was because Antonio Brown decided to have the game of the year at the receiver position. Derek Carr is one of the best young quarterbacks in the game, and he will outduel Teddy Bridgewater in this one.

Broncos 20 Chiefs 17

Denver won’t lose at home to the Chiefs, but there are serious problems with this team. Yes, their defense is good, but they are incredibly undisciplined, and their offense is straight up garbage, as they are led by a quarterback that just doesn’t have it anymore.

Cardinals 27 Seahawks 19

The Cardinals have too much offensive firepower for Russell Wilson and the Seahawks to keep up with. Seattle’s defense will keep them in it for a little bit, but Carson Palmer gets the big road win.

Bengals 24 Texans 20

Andy Dalton will be 9-0. That’s just crazy to think about.
