What channel is Patriots game on today? Latest on how to watch the Pats in Week 1
The time is finally here to see the New England Patriots in real NFL action as they kick off the 2024 regular season by visiting the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon. It is quite a way to start the new era in Foxboro against a top AFC contender led by Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase.
It will be a very telling test for the young and hungry Patriots roster, which hopes to prove the doubters wrong by performing much better than anyone has projected their fate to be this fall. And in some ways, it's fair to believe they could certainly accomplish that under the watchful eye of the new regime.
The defense is ready to continue its hot streak as one of the most dominant units in football and build upon what they accomplished last year by doing even more this season, even with some of their best players (Christian Barmore and Matthew Judon) not in the lineup. On the other hand, the offense is hoping to show they has improved and are capable of scoring points, which was not their forte by any means during the 2023 season.
They appear to be in better hands with Jacoby Brissett under center, even if many fans believe he's not exactly much of an upgrade over Mac Jones or were hoping to see rookie Drake Maye get the starting nod instead.
Regardless, the offense should look improved and will (hopefully) look far better than anyone expects, giving the Bengals a bit more of a run for their money to officially begin the Jerod Mayo era on the right foot.

How to stream the Patriots vs. Bengals game
The great thing about television in 2024 is that just because a game is not shown on your local television doesn't mean you can't still watch it. That's the case for the Patriots season opener against the Bengals, as there are a few streaming options available to those of us outside of New England.
One option is to use NFL+, which is a subscription service that should allow you to watch every NFL game this upcoming season. You can also utilize NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV.
International fans will have options, as well, courtesy of DAZN's Game Pass International.
