The New England Patriots have won 537 games in their history but not all have left fans feeling happy afterwards. Here are the top five worst moments from Patriots victories.

5. Patriots chance for a three-peat takes a big hit in Pittsburgh

The 2005 Patriots team had a chance to do what no other NFL team had ever done: win three consecutive Super Bowls. A year after defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Championship Game at Heinz Field, the Patriots went into Pittsburgh for a much-anticipated week three matchup. While the Patriots came out victorious, any optimism of a third-straight Lombardi trophy was pretty much washed away.

During the game, the Patriots lost not one, but two important pieces to their title defense in safety Rodney Harrison and left tackle Matt Light. Harrison was coming off of back-to-back All-Pro seasons while Light had the duty of protecting Tom Brady's blindside since Brady took over for Drew Bledsoe in 2001. A torn ACL for Harrison and a broken ankle for Light ended both of their seasons and although the Patriots made the playoffs, they lost in the Divisional round to the Broncos.
