Patriots select OT Jordan Morgan out of Arizona with the 34th pick
He’s a very explosive athlete, recording a 1.70-second 10-yard split at the Combine, which is even more impressive considering he's 6'5" and 325 lbs.
With Trent Brown seemingly set to leave in free agency, the Patriots need fresh blood, and the NFL is trending in the direction of lighter, quicker linemen. Because Brown is 370 lbs., Morgan would definitely be an upgrade.
Morgan played on both the offensive and defensive lines in college. And that's to suggest he should do the same in the NFL, but the experience helps players understand what their opponents are trying to do. His ability to anticipate the defender's movements, combined with his speed, will make him very difficult to beat.
Arizona OL Jordan Morgan has 1,500 pass-block snaps under his belt coming into the NFL and is only 22.

I love seeing OL have that much experience. https://t.co/h1U4Di9cGq
