Patriots select Kingsley Suamataia with pick 34

The second most needy position on the offense is offensive tackle. Wolf has made a nice start to free agency by signing a starting-level offensive tackle in 27-year-old veteran right tackle Chukwuma Okorafor from Pittsburgh. However, he bolsters this unit in the draft with a high pick and selects BYU's big left tackle, Kingsley Suamataia.

With Trent Brown signing with the Bengals this offseason, Wolf has signed and drafted the projected two starting tackles. Suamataia will be slotted in to start from day one. The big Cougar tackle measured 6'5" tall and 326 pounds at the combine, where he ran an impressive 5.04 forty-yard dash and benched 31 times.

profootballnetwork.com notes,

"At 6’6″ and 325 pounds, Suamataia looms over the competition, and his combination of elite explosiveness, mass, and high-end length grants him quantifiably elite power capacity. He can use that power to drive open lanes in the run game and shock rushers with violent punches in pass protection."
