New England Patriots might have one more win on their 2023 schedule

After yet another bad loss, the New England Patriots may only have one more win on their 2023 schedule

In just a few short years, the New England Patriots went from a team that everyone feared to a team that no one fears, and it's only getting worse. In fact, it's so bad that I truly do not think this team has more than one win remaining on their schedule, realistically. Sure, a few lucky bounces here and there can impact a game, but in terms of the overall skill level, the better team wins in the NFL about 90% of the time.

And when you look at the remaining schedule for the New England Patriots, there isn't a lot that sticks out as being very winnable for the team. At 2-7, the Patriots are tied for the third-worst record in all of football. Other teams like the lowly Chicago Bears and New York Giants all have the same record. The Patriots are circling the drain, and there is little to no positive to take from this team.

Well, the rest of their schedule, in order, is as follows: Indianapolis Colts, New York Giants, Los Angeles Chargers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, Buffalo Bills, New York Jets. So, where do you see another win? Honestly, I feel firmly confident that th Patriots have one more winnable game on their roster, which is in a couple of weeks against the New York Giants, who may have just lost Daniel Jones for the rest of the season.

Outside of that, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for the Patriots to finish 3-14, especially if Aaron Rodgers continues this wizardry with his Achilles recovery. The Patriots and Jets play in Week 18, and if the Jets are still in playoff contention, Rodgers might just return, which would make that game much harder.

Anyway, the Patriots are not a good football team and are barreling toward one of the worst seasons we've ever seen from this team, and certainly the worst in the history of Bill Belichick.
