How to listen to Patriots vs. Jets TNF Week 3 game on the radio
After falling to the Seahawks for their first loss of the season on Sunday, the Patriots had to immediately shift their focus to their next opponent, as they are set to take on the Jets in their only primetime game of the season on Thursday Night Football in Week 3.
It's the Patriots' first matchup with an AFC East rival this year, and depending on how you look at their current situation, it could be happening at the best possible time or the worst.
It's far from ideal to lose your best run defender for the season after just two games, with Ja'Whaun Bentley suffering a torn pectoral in Week 2. It's also not great to have every starting offensive lineman dealing with an injury, forcing the team to put in the third starting left tackle in Thursday's game.
That creates a lot of opportunity for New York to exploit the roster's weaknesses, which doesn't bode well for stopping the new two-headed monster the Jets' offense has created with rookie running back Braelon Allen and Breece Hall.
On the flip side, the Jets are also dealing with injuries, especially on the defensive line, which could be a huge plus for the Patriots, who hope to continue using Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson to keep the ball moving.
Could we see a battle of the ground game? It's looking like it!
If you want to make sure you don't miss the action, some radio stations are available to listen to the game on the go in the New England area or via satellite for those out of market.
