Michael Dunn

Dunn doesn’t have a link with the Patriots. But he does have a link to Alex Van Pelt. Dunn has played 40 games for the Browns in the last four seasons. And Van Pelt was the offensive coordinator for the last four seasons.

Dunn is 29 and only made $1.01 million last year so that he would be good value. And he's only drawn four flags in his entire 40 games in the league.

Michael Onwenu

Finally, it's a current Patriots who is a bit of a mystery man. PFF believes Onwenu is the 3rd most attractive tackle in free agent and the 25th best player available overall. Yes, Onwenu could also follow Brown out of Foxborough, although the idea of using the franchise tag to keep him around has been floated.

But he is a free agent with links to the Patriots, and he could easily slide across and replace Trent Brown.
