2. Kellen Moore, Los Angeles Chargers Offensive Coordinator

Kellen Moore has coached in the NFL since 2018 after a brief playing career. This is his fifth year as an Offensive Coordinator and his second team. From 2019-2022, he served as the OC of the Dallas Cowboys, and is now with the Los Angeles Chargers in the same role. Moore has been excellent as an OC. He's had a top 7 scoring offense five times, and ranked 1st in points in 2021 with the Cowboys.

He's a former QB, so his offenses are pass-happy. He's ranked 2nd, 8th, 2nd, 14th, and 8th in passing yards in his time as an OC in the NFL. Moore is also just 34 years old and has had numerous head coaching interviews over the last several years. It's really only a matter of time before Kellen Moore gets a shot to be a head coach in the NFL.

3. Bobby Slowik, Houston Texans Offensive Coordinator

It might be a bit premature for Bobby Slowik, but what he's done with CJ Stroud in his rookie season simply cannot be overlooked. Slowik is 36 years old and is in his first year as a coordinator in the NFL, but he's been in the NFL coaching sphere since 2011, so he's experienced in that regard. Stroud is not only the Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite, but he's also firmly in the MVP conversation as well.

The Texans have the 10th-best scoring offense in the NFL, which is simply insane. The team is also 5-4 and looks good enough to be in the postseason in 2023. Slowik is probably going to get a few head coach interviews, but again, it might be too premature, but for the sake of developing a QB, it might be worth it for the Patriots.
