A rejuvenated Aaron Rodgers will lead the Jets to the AFC Championship game
He’s been very cagey when it comes to naming a return date, but he’s out of the boot and throwing before games. It usually takes 4-6 months to recover from a ruptured Achilles tendon, which means Rodgers won’t return until the second week of January, just in time for the Wildcard round.
Rodgers had a modified procedure with the addition of a “speed bridge.” which may allow him to return slightly quicker than expected. But with their defense, they might not need to rush him back.
Aaron Rodgers (in camouflage warmup) is cutting loose tonight — a couple of throws around 50 yards. Tonight marks two months from his Achilles injury. Pretty crazy. #jets pic.twitter.com/NPXCtw7moZ
