4 NFL teams that could hire Bill Belichick and continue his legendary career

It's over in New England, but that doesn't mean it's over for good.

4. Dallas Cowboys

[Writers note: I was originally really skeptical about this idea, but (sighs) it makes sense.] The Cowboys can offer Belichick something that nobody else on this list can: immediate winning. There's a rebuild element to Atlanta, LA, and Washington -- that's not the case in Dallas. They're going to be one of the NFC's better teams for the foreseeable future, and that probably appeals to a 71 year old coach who's seeing all his contemporaries retire literally this week. And yeah, Mike McCarthy is still employed there, but I can't imagine that getting in Jerry Jones' way. The defense is stacked, their offense is absolutely good enough, and if Jones is OK letting Bill run some of the show, the fit seems good. I know how naive that last sentence sounds, I promise.
