As the Patriots head into a big week two game against the Miami Dolphins, their first divisional matchup of the season, there are a lot of expectations still on their shoulders.

Last week, although they overwhelmingly decided not to come out as the winner, most of how the team collectively performed was positive and left many feeling more optimistic than just a week before.

The Eagles were no team to laugh at, mainly since they just represented the NFC in the Super Bowl. And they are a talented team in all phases of the game, making it the perfect opening test for the Patriots to start a hopeful bounce-back season.

Despite the initial early setbacks that put them in a hole 16-0, the offense kicked into gear shortly after that. We saw the resurgence of Kendrick Bourne and Hunter Henry, two players with the best seasons of their careers in 2021.

Still, some noticeably absent or underutilized players should be used more in the big matchup this Sunday night.
