3. Mac Jones breaks out even more than we think he can

What if Mac Jones just goes scorched earth in 2023? Like, not even breaking out modestly, but taking the league by storm in year three? We know he has the accuracy and anticipation to be an effective passer, but it's clear that a good bit needs to go right around him for that to happen.

Perhaps the New England Patriots don't need to have a game-changer at the wide receiver position. Perhaps the additions they made in Mike Gesicki and JuJu Smith-Schuster end up fitting perfectly in the offense.

Even though the Patriots do not have an elite core of playmakers like their AFC East foes do, what they do have is numbers. Their skill players on offense are all over the field. They have several potential wide receivers who can do some damage, two above average tight ends, and a 1,000 yard rusher in the backfield.

Maybe Mac Jones doesn't overdo it and simply plays within the offense, but shows astounding efficiency. This would give the Patriots a huge boost in their Super Bowl odds.
