Bold prediction #3: Patriots defense will hold the Steelers to 10 points or less

This may be the boldest take of them all, yet it feels like the most likely to happen. Because the defense has been on a historic run over the last three games, facing a Kenny Pickett-less Steelers offense with a banged-up Najee Harris on a short week seems like factors that will work in the Patriots' favor.

They've managed to hold the Chargers, Giants, and Colts to 10 points or under despite inevitably losing and looked primed to add a fourth game to the record books in Pittsburgh this week.

They'll have to put most of their effort into making Mitchell Trubisky uncomfortable and force him to make mistakes, which he did with an interception last season in their matchup while being sacked three times. And they'll need to ensure George Pickens does not run all of them, as he is the Steelers' leading receiver with 748 yards this season.

If they can remain on their A-game for another game, even on a short week, there's no reason they can't keep the Steelers out of the end zone.
