The devastating loss to the Seahawks in Super Bowl LX has had a significant impact on how the Patriots have approached this offseason, including on some of the players who struggled the most when the games were under the brightest lights.
Perhaps the most obvious of all is left tackle Will Campbell, whose post-injury form didn't live up to the level he'd shown for much of the season. In fact, there's a fair argument to be made that the Patriots might have been better off keeping the rookie sidelined for the playoffs and the Super Bowl, especially now that we know just how bad his injury was.
His lackluster showing in the Super Bowl prompted plenty of harsh takes, with some suggesting further that Campbell is not made out to be a franchise left tackle in the NFL and should be moved to guard sooner rather than later.
The Patriots have claimed they are not exploring that idea, and for now, Campbell will remain the protector of Drake Maye's blindside.
Fortunately, amid the scrutiny, he had plenty of offers of help this offseason to train with some NFL legends, past and present. And from the looks of it, Campbell has taken that seriously and continues to train with some noteworthy names.
The latest list of mentors couldn't get much better.
Will Campbell took the Super Bowl criticism to heart and is determined to be better in Year 2
In a video posted to Eagles Lane Johnson's Instagram in recent days, Campbell is seen working with the Philly legend, along with Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins and Cowboys' Tyler Guyton.
This isn't the first time that the second-year lineman has been seen training with some of the best the league has to offer this offseason, which clearly shows that Campbell is taking the task of improving his performance very seriously, which is exactly what the Patriots and their fans want to see.

It would probably be difficult to come up with a better group of linemen for Campbell to work with this summer, and that deserves a lot of praise for Campbell, who has decided to take the harsh criticism and use it as fuel to get better and prove people wrong.
He could very easily have sulked and just gone about the offseason as usual, but he has gone above and beyond at such a young age, and the hope is that we will see the payoff on the field.
It's crucial that the Patriots' investment lives up to the hype he received going into last year's draft, when they decided to use the No. 4 overall pick on him. He showed a lot of what he could be for the offense as a rookie, and although he showed some mistakes that aren't entirely unexpected, we saw cracks in his performance that need to be fixed.
Working with players like Dawkins, Guyton, and Johnson should make it easy for Campbell to address his biggest weaknesses and improve his performance.
We'll see if it all pays off once he returns for training camp later this month and if that translates to the field once the regular season begins.
