The disappointing loss to the Raiders last week could be somewhat rectified if the Patriots manage to take down what appears to be a very beatable Dolphins team. They were a sketchy team at best going into the season, and have already shown cracks during their brutal losing effort against the Colts last week, and the Patriots have an opportunity to take advantage of that this weekend.
Their head coach is already in the hot seat, Tyreek Hill is still considered a tradeable asset, and their offensive line is in shambles, so there is reason to believe they are far from a cohesive team that can turn their season around with a dominant win against a divisional opponent.
Fortunately, the Patriots are in a much better position heading into Week 2 than their AFC East foes, especially since they just got some of the best news possible just days before they head to Miami.

Among the most notable absences from practice this week was starting right tackle Morgan Moses, who was not on the field on Wednesday, which drew a lot of concerns about his game-day status.
Those worries were quickly shot down on Thursday, however, as Moses was suited up to practice with his teammates, seemingly signifying that he will be available for Sunday's matchup.

RELATED: Mike Vrabel just provided the worst update possible on Christian Gonzalez
Although a name like Christian Gonzalez was certainly a more dominating headline from the Patriots' list of injuries, Moses' importance to the offense's success cannot be overstated.
He lined up against Maxx Crosby last week and held his own against a very dominating player, and Drake Maye will need that stability moving forward. With two rookie linemen starting this season, it would be a significant blow to the quarterback's confidence during a game if he didn't have a veteran like Moses to rely on.
That will be even more important in what many are calling a must-win game this weekend that will hopefully put the Patriots back on track and show they're on the right path at the start of Mike Vrabel's tenure.
