Fresh off demolishing the Cleveland Browns in one of the most hyped games of the Week 10 slate, the New England Patriots are starting to gain steam as a legitimate threat in an AFC that has a slew of underachieving squads.

The 45-7 victory extended the Patriots’ winning streak to four games, and they’ll have an excellent chance of making it five when they travel to play the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday Night Football this week.

Given that these are two teams trending in opposite directions — Atlanta lost 43-3 in Dallas this past weekend — you have to think the Patriots are being viewed as heavy favorites for the primetime matchup.

Let’s look to see if the odds back up that logic.

Patriots vs Falcons Odds for Week 11

According to our friends at WynnBET, the Patriots are nearly touchdown favorites (-6) for Thursday night. They have -110 odds to cover the spread (bet $110 to win $100). If you’d rather play it safe and bet New England to win outright, they’re -260 on the moneyline, so bet $260 to win $100.

The over/under for the game is set at 46 points, which isn’t surprising given how the Pats’ defense has looked over the month. As of this writing, you can get both the over and under at -110 odds.

Patriots vs Falcons Prediction for Week 11

There’s no reason to overthink this one, folks. The Patriots are coming off their best performance of the campaign. Conversely, the Falcons are coming off their worst performance of the season.

Atlanta might show more fight than they did in Dallas, but their defense is incapable of stopping a nosebleed (it ranks 31st in points and 22nd in total yards) and their offense could be without its two most explosive playmakers in Calvin Ridley, who’s taking time away from the game to focus on his mental health, and Cordarrelle Patterson, who suffered a sprained ankle on Sunday and is unlikely to play.

Upsets have come in bunches over the last two weeks, but Bill Belichick is going to have Mac Jones and Co. ready to play.

We won’t go full-blown psycho and predict a 28-3 final score, but the Patriots should coast to a 31-17 victory in primetime.
