The New England Patriots are still reeling from their Week 6 overtime loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and for good reason.
It was arguably the game of the NFL season so far, and the Patriots lost in walk-off fashion in overtime in front of a packed Gillette Stadium crowd.
At the end of the day, New England blew several chances to impose their will on the scoreboard, especially in the first half when Dallas couldn’t help but make back-breaking mistakes.
Unfortunately, there’s no time to harp on the loss. The Patriots will need to lick their wounds clean, because they have a date with the New York Jets on deck in Week 7. Anyone else feel like this season is flying by?

The Patriots steamrolled the Jets 25-6 in their first meeting this season back in Week 2, and that game was played in East Rutherford. This go around will be in Foxborough, so you have to think New England, fresh off a heartbreaking loss, will try to pummel New York.
While we don’t expect Zach Wilson to throw four interceptions again, this should be a fairly comfortable win for the Patriots. Expect a complete game from Bill Belichick’s side, with maybe a defensive/special teams touchdown en route to a 27-14 New England victory.
