2. WR Kenny Stills

The Patriots did make some huge improvements at wide receiver, but neither of their signings look like the second coming of Randy Moss. Nelson Agholor took a huge step forward, but he isn’t No. 1 wide receiver material. Can Kendrick Bourne replicate his San Francisco production away from Kyle Shanahan?

Stills had been one of the more reliable deep threats in the league during his first six years with New Orleans and Miami. Unfortunately, partially due to the chaos surrounding the Houston Texans, he hasn’t been as statistically proficient.

Kenny Stills would give New England a burst of speed.

Agholor and Bourne can both go deep down the field, but neither of them have the same burst and control in the air Stills does. Even a player like Phillip Dorsett was able to cause problems in New England’s offense, so imagine what Stills could do.

Stills has spent most of his career alongside either Adam Gase or on a Houston team mired in controversy, meaning that he hasn’t had true stability since he broke into the league with the New Orleans Saints. Belichick can give Stills a place to use his speed in order add another dimension to the new-look Patriots offense.
