NFL Draft 2021: Yes, the Bills really are one of the league’s elite now.

How ’bout one more Bama player for the road, eh?

With most of the viable linebackers off the board, we predict the Bills will further bolster their DL by adding the big-bodied Barmore, a swift riser who established himself on the All-Freshman team and never looked back, accounting for much of Alabama’s pass rush down the stretch this season.

Where are the weaknesses in Buffalo? Well … nowhere, really, so they’ll gladly take a prospect of Barmore’s pedigree.

Pick your poison, but it’s hard to imagine the Chiefs not going lineman here.

Last season, Kansas City was riding high in the wake of their second-ever Super Bowl victory and feeling dynastic, so they went luxury item at the tail end of the first round and selected Clyde Edwards-Helaire, the dynamic ‘back out of LSU.

CEH was … solid if unspectacular this year, an Eric Fisher injury torpedoed the Chiefs’ repeat chances, and their offensive line got tormented for an entire Super Bowl. No more fun and games. Pick the lineman you believe in most, and beef things up.

And, right on cue, this year it’s the Bucs who get to live life luxuriously.

To the victor go the spoils, and as long as the Jets don’t snatch Travis Etienne up, we don’t see any team ahead of the Buccaneers selecting him, leaving the Draft’s 1A running back up for grabs. We’re not sure how much Playoff Lenny stock to buy, and the inconsistent Ronald Jones won’t be anyone’s guaranteed RB1 next year, so we’ll send Etienne to the literal champions.

It’s the kind of luck Tom Brady’s had his entire life, and a risk they can afford — as long as they re-sign the defensive core, as they’ve professed they will.

So, how’d we do? Do you like the weapon the Patriots came away with? Would you prefer to go defense? Are you a Mac Jones believer? Sound off below. That’s what Mock Draft Season’s all about.
