No. 1: Darrelle Revis

Revis is one of the best cornerbacks in league history, a sure-fire Hall of Famer, and the owner of arguably the most dominant season an outside cornerback has had in the last 20 years. However, the New York Jets legend’s value started to slip a bit after his stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Revis linked up with New England.

Apparently, when you pair one of the best cornerbacks ever with the best coach ever, he’ll dominate. Shocking, I know! The 29-year-old Revis was named a First-Team All-Pro, defending 14 passes and intercepting two of them. Revis Island was back in business.

Revis was dominant for the Patriots

Revis might’ve come close to a title on some overachieving Jets teams, but he finally was able to win a championship thanks to Malcolm Butler and the defense preventing Russell Wilson and the Seahawks from repeating.

Revis finally learned the hard truth that all Jets fans and players eventually have to realize. If you want to win a title, come to New England, and Belichick should help get you there in the near future.
