Ryan Tannehill

If the Titans are willing to part ways with Ryan Tannehill, then the New England Patriots need to give him a call. Tannehill had the best season of his career in 2019 and led the Titans to the AFC Championship Game.

After starting the season as the backup to Marcus Mariota (who is also a free agent in 2020), Tannehill would earn the starting job and go on to start the second half of the season for the Titans.

Tannehill finished the season completing more than 70% of his passes, threw for 2,742 yards, and tossed 22 touchdowns in what was a contract year for him.

He showed veteran leadership that nobody knew he had besides head coach Mike Vrabel. Tannehill brought the best out in his young teammates, and that’s why they were able to make a deep run in the playoffs.

Another great pocket passing quarterback, Tannehill could be a great fit for the New England Patriots.

The market value for Tannehill is going to be rather high but definitely deserved after the season in which he performed. He’s looking for a payday that would give him an average annual salary of over $30 million.
