2nd Down: Run the ball

Sony Michel had some sort of a coming out party last week with three touchdowns against the Jets defense. It was refreshing to see him run the ball and score after struggling for a while in 2019.

He could dominate again this week on a Browns defense that is allowing over 150 yards per game on the ground. And it doesn’t have to fall on Michel’s shoulders solely either, as James White should see some success on Sunday afternoon, as well as Rex Burkhead if he returns to action and then Brandon Bolden, who has seen an increase in snaps this season.

The New England Patriots have been trying be consistent running the ball, and against this porous Browns run defense, they could really find some success on the ground today.
