Cody Hollister

Position: Wide Receiver

Overview: Hollister was seemingly a package deal with his twin brother and tight end Jacob Hollister when the pair arrived in New England. Despite the recent trend of the Patriots forging ties with brothers playing together in the NFL, neither Hollister has made much of an impact on the team.

Cody Hollister is an exclusive rights free agent, but even that status should have little bearing on whether or not he remains on the team in 2019. His lack of game film makes him an unappealing option for the other teams around the NFL, but he also isn’t anywhere near a lock to keep on as a contributor with the Patriots.

His best bet may be hoping the team deems him valuable enough as a depth option and practice squad candidate considering the scarcity of options at wide receiver above him.

Expected Cost: One year tender at $600,000 to $700,000.
