Albert McClellan

Position: Special Teams/LB

Overview: McClellan provided a huge boost to the New England special teams when the team grabbed him off the scrap heap after he was released by the Baltimore Ravens. Primarily a contributor in the third phase of the game, McClellan is also a valuable depth option at linebacker on defense as well.

McClellan may get an offer with another team during free agency, but at age 33, there is likely only a small market for the veteran special teams ace if there’s any real market at all. Short of an overwhelming offer, expect McClellan back for another shot at the Super Bowl in 2019.

Expected Cost: One year at Veteran’s minimum of around $1 million.
