The New England Patriots head back on the road to face the Tennessee Titans in Week 10.
The New England Patriots are rolling. They are riding a six-game winning streak and will look to extend that winning streak against the Tennessee Titans.
New England will be taking their road on the show, traveling down south to Nashville to face the Titans. This will be a rematch of the 2018 AFC Divisional Round matchup when the Patriots handled the Titans with ease, 35-14.
That game was in Gillette Stadium, and the Patriots lucked out as Marcus Mariota was dealing with an injury. This time, they will be on the road and Mariota will be under center, 100 percent healthy.
Mariota presents some problems for the Patriots’ defense. As a dual-threat, New England will have their hands full trying to contain him on the ground. He showcased those talents on Monday Night Football in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys, throwing for 240 yards and two touchdowns, adding 32 yards and another score on the ground.
In addition to Mariota, another player the Patriots will have to keep an eye on is Dion Lewis. New England is familiar with Lewis’ skill set, as he spent the previous three seasons with the organization.
In addition to Lewis, the Titans also signed Malcolm Butler away from the Patriots this offseason. Butler has not been great this season, so expect the Patriots to attack him early and often. No one knows Butler’s weaknesses as much as the Patriots, so expect Tom Brady and company to try and exploit him.
Who Brady will have around him is another questions. There are conflicting reports about tight end Rob Gronkowski, who was reported out but made the trip to Tennessee.
As the Patriots depart for Tennessee, TE Rob Gronkowski has joined teammates as part of the traveling party, per a source. He is questionable. Expectation has been that Gronkowski won’t play, but nothing official until Bill Belichick makes the final call 90 minutes before kickoff

Now, it is anyone’s guess if Gronkowski will be out there. However, we do know that Shaq Mason will not be playing. He will be sidelined and presumably replaced by Ted Karras in the lineup.
Patriots have downgraded starting RG Shaq Mason to out for Sunday’s game. Should be a second straight start for Ted Karras.

Based on the work done by oddsmakers, they are expecting the Patriots to handle the Titans with relative ease. New England is playing well, but Tennessee is also coming in with some momentum after winning on Monday night. The Titans are right in the middle of the AFC South race, so you can be sure that Mike Vrabel will have his guys ready to go.
Point Spread: Patriots -6.5 or 7
Moneyline: Patriots -270 up to -320, Bills +235 up to +250

Predictions
Both teams are riding some momentum coming into this game. With the bye week on the horizon, could New England be caught napping a little bit? Bill Belichick will have his guys ready to go, but the Titans won’t fold at home. Expect a hard-fought game that can get ugly at times for anyone who is a fan of offense.
Prediction: Patriots 20, Titans 17
