With Week 7 of the fantasy football season here, what can we expect from New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady?

The New England Patriots are coming off a great win against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 6. As expected, the Sunday Night Football showdown did not disappoint for fantasy owners of the Patriots and the Chiefs.

In the win, New England ended up scoring 43 points, and it was one of their best offensive showings of the season. Despite a slow first half, the Chiefs ended up with 40 points of their own, as Patrick Mahomes and the offense heated up in the second half.

In a very favorable matchup, Tom Brady was once again able to have a strong day for fantasy owners, as he totaled 340 passing yards, one passing touchdown, and one rushing touchdown. While it would have been nice to see Brady throw for another touchdown or two, Sony Michel was able to knock in a few from the goal-line for the Patriots.

With a full array of weapons around him, Brady looked very comfortable in the offense. While the Chiefs defense isn’t very good right now, Brady had a nice clean pocket, as the offensive line did a great job.

In Week 7, the Patriots will be facing a much tougher defense in the Chicago Bears. With the addition of Khalil Mack, the Bears have one of the best defenses in the NFL, and they are able to get after the quarterback. Pressure on Brady is one of the few ways to bother him, and the Bears will certainly be trying to dial up the pressure.

While the matchup against the Bears isn’t the greatest for Brady, he has been playing very well the past few weeks with his weapons back. So far this season, the Bears have been one of the best defenses in the league in points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. However, Brady can certainly change that.

Don’t expect a monster fantasy game from Brady, but he should be able to have a solid performance.

Projection: 260 passing yards, two passing touchdowns.
