2.) Michel stays hot

For the 3rd straight game, New England Patriots running back Sony Michel has carried a bulk of the snaps very effectively. Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, Michel capitalized on a team that does not have a very good run defense. That proved to be true as he rushed the ball 24 times for 106 yards (second time he’s eclipsed 100 yards this season) and for 2 touchdowns. His longest run was for 15 yards.

As for James White, even though he did not have many carries on offense, he still had 39 yards and his longest was for 12 yards. Kenjon Barner also got in the mix carrying the ball 3 times for 16 yards. As a team though, the New England Patriots had 173 yards on the ground and 3 touchdowns. They also had 15 rushing first downs. The running game certainly has been a strength right now for New England.
