With Week 6 of the fantasy football season here, what can we expect from New England Patriots running back, Sony Michel?

Week 6 of the NFL season will feature one of the best matchups of the year on Sunday Night Football, as the New England Patriots will be hosting the Kansas City Chiefs.

With one of the highest totals that we will see all season, this is going to be an excellent game for fantasy football owners of players of each team. For the Chiefs, they will be coming to New England will one of the best offenses in the NFL.

So far this season, the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes have been able to make some statements with wins over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars. However, a win against the Patriots on the road would cement them as the team to beat in the AFC.

While the Chiefs are undefeated, they have shown some weaknesses on the defense side of the ball. Despite some struggles in the first few weeks of the season, the Patriots seem to have their offense back on track the past two weeks.

One of the reasons for that is the emergence of rookie running back, Sony Michel. The past two games, Michel has played really well and is one of the main reasons for the offense turning it around.

Against the Miami Dolphins, Michel had his first 100-yard rushing game and also reached the end zone. On a short week against the Colts, Michel was able to follow that game up with 98 rushing yards in another impressive showing.

So far this season, the Chiefs have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing running backs, and that sets up Michel well for another nice game. Even though the Patriots have a great offense of their own, they very well might look to run the football a lot to keep the Chiefs’ offense on the sideline. After two good games, Michel should once again be able to have a strong performance.

Projection: 80 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown.
