Training Camp:

The Patriots announced the official date for their first public practice at training camp for the 2018 season on Thursday. On Thursday, July 26 the Patriots will open the doors to Gillette Stadium to fans and media alike and give the public their first look at the 2018 New England Patriots.

Rookies will report on Sunday that week (July 22) and on Wednesday the veterans are due to check-in before practice begins on Thursday. The practice time has not yet been announced. No other dates for the practices have been announced yet.

The Patriots have their usual Training Camp website available to the public for more information when it becomes available.

The focus of camp will likely be on quarterback Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski and their pending contract issues, but there are other big stories. There are the incoming rookies, the new faces via free agency and trades, what a recent signing means for Trey Flowers’ future in New England, and Julian Edelman’s appeal of his suspension.
