Injuries are the biggest detriment to the Patriots in this game. With Brady added to the injury report after hitting his hand at practice and injuring his thumb, his ability to grip the football, pass accurately, powerfully and with touch is something that all eyes will be on in Foxboro, MA on Sunday afternoon in warm-ups.
Without Brady, it is more difficult but not impossible for the Patriots to advance to the Super Bowl. Without a doubt, it is a much more difficult path.
Brady is expected to play, but if he is without his trademark accuracy, turns the ball over a couple of times, or is unable to finish the game, it could be a huge factor in Jacksonville potentially upsetting New England.
