New England Patriots
PITTSBURGH, PA – JANUARY 14: Leonard Fournette /

Leonard Fournette

Arguably the one player that will be the highest owned on Sunday will be Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette. Despite being a rookie this season, Fournette has carried the load for the Jaguars all season, and he has performed well in the playoffs so far.

In his first playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, Fournette totaled 57 rushing yards, three receptions, and 21 receiving yards. Even though it wasn’t a great game for Fournette, a lot of that had to do with a Bills defense that was very good all season.

Last week, Fournette was a monster for the Jaguars. In the upset win, Fournette totaled 109 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. It was one of the best games of the season for Fournette, and it came at a very good time.

Now, Fournette will be challenged by a Patriots defense that will be focused on stopping him and making Bortles beat them through the air. New England generally does a good job taking away the opposing teams top player. However, the Jaguars are going to have to have Fournette touch the ball at least 20 times in this game. With that many touches, Fournette will still likely be able to produce well fantasy-wise. As one of the chalk plays this week, there is no reason not to have Fournette in your lineup.
