By Nick Ziegler
In Week 14 of the fantasy football season, what can owners expect from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady?
As the football season gets closer to the playoffs, the fantasy football season has entered the postseason in likely all leagues by now. One player that has certainly been good for players that have drafted him is New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
After a great 2016 season, Brady has been just as good in 2017. Seeing an athlete playing as well as Brady has this season at 40-years-old is truly remarkable. This season, Brady is certainly in consideration for the MVP award, as he has totaled 26 passing touchdowns and just four interceptions.
Brady has been pretty rock solid this season in terms of consistency for fantasy points. However, last week against the Bills was one of his worst games of the season. In the win, Brady totaled 259 passing yards and one interception.
The game against Buffalo was the first game that Brady was unable to throw a touchdown pass since Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs. With the fantasy playoffs here in leagues, they need good games from Brady.
Fortunately for owners of Brady, he will have a decent matchup against the Miami Dolphins. For the season, the Dolphins rank in the middle of the pack for fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks.
Since this is the second time that the Patriots have played the Dolphins this season, Brady will be hoping to replicate their game from a few weeks ago. In the win against the Dolphins, Brady was able to total four passing touchdowns. Fantasy owners of Brady would certainly love to see that type of performance again, as that would help secure a win this week.

Brady and the Patriots will be without tight end Rob Gronkowski against Miami this time, as he will be serving his one-game suspension. Missing Gronkowski could affect Brady, as he has been one of his reliable targets all season.
