Rob Gronkowski

Week after week Rob Gronkowski shows why he is the best tight end in the NFL and arguably the best tight end ever. He is a monster of a man, getting the job done as a tight end in every facet of the game. His role in the game will be a determining factor in the outcome.

Given how talented of a player he is, Gronkowski is basically a matchup-proof player. No matter how good a defense he is going up against, he can perform. The Bills are solid against opposing tight ends, so it will be something to keep an eye on.

Only one tight end has truly exploded against the Bills this season and that was rookie O.J. Howard. Last week, the Bills held Travis Kelce, arguably the best tight end not named Rob Gronkowski in the NFL, with only three receptions for 39 yards.

Gronkowski is coming off a big game against the Dolphins last week, as he caught five passes for 82 yards and two touchdowns. The Dolphins defense isn’t at the same level as the Bills defense against tight ends, but Gronkowski is a monster the Bills cannot stop, but can only hope to contain.

You can be sure that Tom Brady and company will test the Bills over the middle. Rookie Tre’Davious White has had a strong season on the perimeter along with E.J. Gaines. If the Patriots decide it will be better to attack the middle of the field with Gronkowski and the running game like they did against the Denver Broncos, the Bills will have their hands full against Gronkowski.
