Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady

Brady is listed as questionable on the injury report with a shoulder injury. He is dealing with an AC Joint sprain to his left, non-throwing shoulder. Despite the injury, Brady has vowed he will play against the Jets this upcoming week. That means he should be locked into everyone’s fantasy football lineup.

Brady has been hit plenty this season, as he has been sacked more this season in five games than he was last season in 12. However, that has not stopped him from putting up gaudy statistics each and every week.

Brady has thrown for at least 300 yards in four consecutive weeks, including a 378 and 447-yard explosions against the Houston Texans and New Orleans Saints. Brady did not throw a touchdown in Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs but has thrown 11 in the following four games to only one interception. He has completed 68.2 percent of his passes for a 114 quarterback rating.

Brady has had a ton of success against the Jets in his career. He has won 23 of the 30 games he has played against them, completing 62.1 percent of his passes, throwing 44 touchdowns with only 13 interceptions.

That success should continue this week. The Jets have had a pretty good season defending the pass, but they haven’t faced anyone close to Brady’s level yet; the Jets have faced four of the bottom five passing attacks in the NFL thus far. The Patriots come into this week with the No. 1 passing attack in the NFL.
