BALTIMORE, MD – AUGUST 26: Running back LeSean McCoy /

Week 13: @ Buffalo Bills

For the first time all season, the Patriots will be seeing the Buffalo Bills to start Decemeber. This, of course, is very late in the season to face a division opponent for the first time. Like some of the other teams in the AFC East, the Bills likely won’t be a threat to the Patriots in the division.

However, division games on the road are never an easy thing. With two talented players in Tyrod Taylor and LeSean McCoy, the Patriots will have to be careful. Last season, the Bills were only one of two teams to defeat the Patriots. However, this season they don’t have Rex Ryan as their head coach anymore. Even though Ryan was fired, he did have the Bills playing competitive football the last two seasons.

The game against Buffalo will be the start of an extremely difficult stretch of the season for New England. However, this won’t be the game where they lose their undefeated season.

Prediction: Patriots 27 Bills 20

Week 14 @ Miami Dolphins

For the second time in just a few weeks, the Patriots will be facing the Miami Dolphins. This time, it will be in on the road. In recent years, playing in Miami has been a bit of a problem for the Patriots. However, Brady and company were able to have a good game in South Beach last season, and it helped them seal up the homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.

In one of their final games of the season, the Patriots will be able to handle business once again.

Prediction: Patriots 28 Dolphins 21
