Offensive Tackle – 4

Cameron Fleming’s knowledge and experience in the Patriot’s system outweighs Conor McDermott’s value as a rookie. McDermott is a prime candidate for New England’s practice squad and could make the team in 2018 following a full year of development.

Nate Solder and Marcus Cannon will remain the starting bookends of the Pats’ offensive line with rookie tackle Tony Garcia subbing in on occasion.

Interior Offensive Line – 4

1. Joe Thuney
2. Shaq Mason
3. Ted Karras
4. David Andrews (C)

The Patriots seem to be at peace with the youthful interior of their offensive line. Joe Thuney, Shaq Mason, and David Andrews will return to the trenches as starters with second-year guard Ted Karras providing depth.

Both groups are in good hands under offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia. The personnel is set, the next step is making sure they’re prepared for Week 1.
