3.) Buffalo Bills

There is a lot of change in the air in Buffalo after a mediocre 2016 season. The coaching staff and front office both were overhauled, and a new era in Buffalo is beginning. In the 2017 NFL Draft, the Bills were scheduled to be on the clock with the 10th overall pick. In what could be a great move by Buffalo, they decided to trade down in the draft with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs wanted quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and they gave up quite a bit to acquire the 10th pick to get him from the Bills. Getting a first round pick this year and next year from the Chiefs will certainly help the Bills stockpile some young talent.

After the loss of Stephon Gilmore, the Bills used the 27th overall pick to select cornerback Tre’Davious White from LSU. After trading down in the first round, the Bills jumped up to take wide receiver Zay Jones in the early second round. Adding Jones give the Bills a viable No.2 option behind Sammy Watkins in 2017.

With a nice core in Tyrod Taylor, LeSean McCoy, Wakins, and Jones, the Bills’ offense should be little more dynamic next season. Even though it was a strong draft for the Bills, this year was more about the future than winning in 2017.
