5. Cleveland Browns

Although Hue Jackson was recently hired in 2016, he’s still on the hot seat, and if the Browns do not improve under a new quarterback in 2017, they may be looking for a new head coach. Insert Josh McDaniels. The coordinator would do a good job creating a winning environment in Cleveland, and cleaning up the lackluster offensive roster. He can potentially help a young quarterback grow in Cleveland.

The most interesting part of this move would be the potential move of Jimmy Garoppolo to the team this offseason, and Josh McDaniels has groomed Garoppolo under his system the past 3 years. In his first 2 starts under McDaniels this season Garoppolo completed 68% of his passes and threw for 4 TD’s with 0 INT’s.

It would be a great pairing for the Browns if Garoppolo or any new quarterback can’t flourish under   Hue Jackson. With his unmatched ability to overcome offensive deficiencies, McDaniels may prove to be the savior Cleveland has been looking for.
